Convenient and welcoming, Hello Sofia is a small guesthouse in Sofia Downtown, surrounded by the most famous city attractions.

Our guest bedrooms have been individually furnished and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. Hello Sofia en-suite rooms are equipped with all natural linens, blankets, pillows and furniture. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, free WiFi and HDTV's .

The 2 and 3 persons apartment is located outside the Guesthouse /about 3-4 mins walking distance/ and are usually offered as 'Deluxe 2 or 3 Beds Room'

* Check-in start 14:00h until 19:30h latest. Request ASAP by Call, WhatsApp, Viber or SMS if you're coming outside/after this time period for CONFIRMATION. If you do not have confirmation consider early/late accommodation as IMPOSSIBLE. Check-ins outside working hours are on extra fee of 3.00Euro per Hour. Check-out is until 11:00h
* We accept payment in cash only: Euro or Bulgarian Leva on rate 1.00 Euro 2.00 Bulgarian Leva. The total amount is payable on arrival
* We have fully refundable Key & Room Damage Deposit of 15Euro or 30BGN
* The 'Green Zone' parking area in front of the house is free of charge between 19:30 to 8:30h, and payable during the day with SMS only from Bulgarian mobile number, or talons from kiosks. Check also the payable parking lot located in close distance /50m/
Air Conditioning is available in limited number of en-suite and Deluxe rooms only and controlled by software. We do not offer TV Channels & Breakfast
