Free Cancellation: 1 Day before the arrival without being charged by the property
Check in from 12:00. If you arrive at 4:00- 5:00 AM, please send us a message for FREE pick up and early check-in if our room is available.
Check out Before 12:00. However, if you want to late check out just let our staff know then we will arrange it for you.
Payment on Arrival: Cash only.

Reception working hours: 24 hours.
For group booking (more than 3people), we try our best to organize all of you in the same room but our dorm is small (3-4 people), so sometimes it is impossible. Please notice this before making your reservation.
***Note: because our homestay is a little bit outside the town so we offer the pickup service for free at Phong Nha bus station.
