Mano a Mano is an amazing hostel made out of wood in the chill community of Las Peñitas. It is the dream hostel made out of recycled and organic materials with amazing beach views in front of the wave paradise of Las Peñitas, Leon, Nicaragua.
We offer 3 dorms, 2 for 8 people, 1 for 6 people (with private bathroom) and 3 private rooms (for 2,3 or 4 people). All beds come with individual fans, mosquito nets, lockers with plugs to charge your devices. In addition we have open kitchen and a fridge, hammocks to chill after surfing and an onsite bar to enjoy great cocktails.
All rooms have fans and a personal locker. Every booking includes free use of 1 double kayak to go to the mangroves.
Upstairs we offer loft style mezzanines suites so you can enjoy the sunset, with a sofa bed, private bathrooms, and a locker. Beds are made from bamboo with mosquito nets and a fan.

Very nice location, right on the beach so you can surf, sunbathe, and play volleyball. The restaurant has pretty good food but very expensive like a lot of restaurants in las peñitas. the terrace looking out on the beach and with yoga mats was so nice! the bathrooms were kinda gross especially after rain. dorm is very basic, when it rained the water came through the ceiling and a cat broke into my dorm and tried to get on my bed lol.

Lovely chilled hostel on the beach, nice terrace and lots of hammocks to chill in. The beds have fans and mosquito nets but the dorms are very hot so it’s still quite hard to sleep. Good kitchen, nice bar, volley ball and surf lessons are great. You have to pay to refill your water bottle, it’s cheap but for me providing free water should be a must, even if that means charging the difference in the price of the rooms.

Amazing location, beautiful hostel and easy to meet people. But the bar could be stocked with more options and the food is pricey.
