I love Citötel amazing hospitality, friendly and knowledgable staff. Helps you need help find locations around the area or nice place to explore outside Lourdes (Pyrenees Hike). Excellent location and we included garage parking during our stay. I will come back here again! and I recommend this place.

Very welcoming and hospitable! Definitely felt like a hotel versus a traditional hostel atmosphere, but it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

This was the best hotel room, and nicest staff that I had during an entire 3 week trip through Europe. It is also only about a 10 minute walk away from the Basilica, and economically priced. I definitely recommend it!
