Generator Hostel Copenhagen is in a great central location for exploring the city on foot. This hostel features large, solid under-bed lockers and privacy screens on the bunks and all of their rooms are ensuite. The frequently praised staff are friendly and helpful and are "eager to provide good advice about where to go, what to eat, metro times, etc", according to Hostelworld guests, who tell us their clean rooms are comparable to "staying at a hotel room with a hostel atmosphere."

Very clean. Flight was delayed so we had a late check in but staff was very accommodating. Clean with a great location in relation to restaurants and stuff to do.

it's a great place to stay. Less than 5 minutes away from the Nyhvan and central part. There's a subway station as well that takes 15 mins to reach the airport. I found the room to be clean and neat. I do see how it can get hot in the rooms in the more warm season but having stayed in late September I had no issues. it's a nice thing the hostel isn't age restrictive but I suppose there should be some kind of age grouping.

We were between this hostel and Downtown which had way more reviews, but decided Generator because seemed to be a more grown up people, which it was. We are in the early 40's and trying to have a good rest and not paying a super high price. I believe we were expecting to have a WC/shower sparkling clean because was in suite, but was a bit dirty. The room was hot and we were only provided with a small fan, but still was too hot. Overall we loved the location - close to main spots in a walking distance. Staff
