The place was pretty dirty and cramped, which isn’t that big of a deal but they also charged us for a triple and only gave us a double. The guy behind the counter was really nice but not that helpful. Location was good tho! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby

My friend and I were hoping for two things in particular, a bed to sleep and a hot shower.
At least we got the bed part.
In the morning we barely had any water coming out of the the tap. We waited a bit, then a quick cool shower later, told them downstairs, and by the time we finished packing up and went downstairs to checkout, there was nothing resolved. Guy at the counter promised someone would call us later. No call received or anything acknowledged.

This is a little gem in Cork. My friend and I reserved a twin bed room with private bath and were surprised to get a family room with a double and twin bed. They had great amenities like tea and coffee that we could make in the room and a hair dryer which was very much appreciated. The beds were so comfortable and the room while small, was just perfect for our needs. The only downside was that the bar and restaurant was not really open as they were unable to get enough staff.
