We have free, unlimited Wifi, free tea and coffee, a dishwasher and fresh herbs in the garden for your use. We offer free luggage storage if you need to lighten up for further adventures. There is also a barbeque if you wish to cook on it. We offer a variety of mixed and female dorms and private rooms for your convenience.
We are one block from renowned Queens Park (more than 80 hectares of beautiful parks and gardens) and about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Many travellers use us as their comfortable base from which to explore Stewart Island, the Catlins, Riverton and the Southern Scenic Route.

One of the best hostels! We had a great stay. The rooms are new and cozy, all the facilities are kept nice and clean. Travellers of mixed ages stating there, made the hostel very calm and pleasant. Had a lovely time chatting with the owner and some of the guests at dinner in the beautiful garden.

One of the nicest hostels in New Zealand!! Really nice old building with a very well stocked kitchen. The owner is so welcoming and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend a better place.
