I think having an app for the laundry room is silly and annoying but no deal breaker. They hostel is well located and within walking distance of pretty much anywhere you would want to go in downtown Perth. The atmosphere is abysmal though. They have no afternoon or night time bar staff and the place seems to draw people who just want to be left to their own devices. Which is great! To each their own. But at one point, I counted 36 different people sitting absolutely by themselves absorbed in their smartphon

Nice city hostel but not a fan of making my own bed on a top bunk at 2am (so sorry to the people in my dorm).

Great location. Modern and clean interior. Rooms are great and super comfortable.
The kitchen really needs to be upgraded to include stove tops, for the most expensive hostel in Perth you’d think it would have everything you need, definitely a bit of a let down
The overall vibe of the hostel is nice and the staff are lovely. Special shout out to the lovely lady making coffee and toasties.
However, the overall vibe could be improved with some events and social activities hosted by the Hostel itself
