Total fraud.They cheated with us.we booked two rooms 2 month earlier but they give our rooms to the other customer and they did not give refund money,forced us to stay another hotel of their friend which is most bad hotel. There is no hospitality in the hotel,customer service person behave most rudely with us.Bad experience with this hotel.

Don’t book!! We got to the place at night and were told the hotel was fully booked, even though we booked weeks in advance and my name was on the list of rooms the manager held. We had to run around Agra at 11 pm trying to find a place to stay and the manager was not at all understanding or tried to help us in any way, just very rude. The lobby also smelled really bad and damp. Save yourself the trouble and book another place.
