It is located just 100 metres from Rome's central train station (Stazione Termini), the hub of all forms of urban transportation leading to all points of interest within and near to the city. Booked for one night as I was arriving late and needed somewhere close to Metro Station. First problem for me was the fact I was charged €10 for checking in 25 minutes late..maybe €5, but €10 is a lot for 25 minutes. I did call earlier in the day to inform them of my late arrival, so it wasn't a surprise to them. Secondly, the Airconditioning didnt work,Rome is currently 30 + degrees and it was a room of 6 people, so boiling! There was a small fan but didn't do much. The staff was all friendly.

Was great location, only 100 meters from main termini,
The Host explained everything very clearly and was patient.
Helped me from missing my flight,place was clean and beautiful, would stay again
