Property de los Colores is located 200 mt from the beach, 50 meters from the Police Branch, 300 mt. from the city center, 300 meters from the bus terminal.

It's a new edification, is inaugurating the January 2, 2014.

We have brand new rooms that are very cozy and in a perfect state.

The Property has 7 bedrooms, one double with bathroom, four bedrooms and two rooms for 4 people 6 people in the next few days are enabling the kitchen and multipurpose room. Service 24 hours reception, free internet service, linen and towels included in the price, parking for bicycles and motorbikes.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 13:00 to 23:00 .
Check out until 12:00.

Taxes not included for Uruguayan citizens: 10.00%

Breakfast not included.
No curfew.
