Woken up at 7am by building work going on in the reception area, with no prior warning this would be the case neither at the point of booking or checking in. Popped downstairs in my pyjamas and was greeted at the bottom of the stairs by a builder with some sort of drill, smashing up the tiles, asked the staff how this could be happening at 7am and they responded with a shrug of the shoulders. I'm sure it wasn't their fault but still, poor service. Left straight away and checked in elsewhere

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable, good vibe, friendly and helpful staff. Location was safe and secure.
