Great short stay at this no frills hostel. What is lacking in the quality of facilities is made up for by the charm and character I felt staying here. The cosy atmosphere is great after a day of exploring Annecy with a lively bar in the garden and a communal dining space it is great for meeting people in a relaxed environment. The bathrooms are not the highest of standards with mould around the showers and stained toilets but I felt they were clean. I appreciate the commitment to sustainability.

Not include breakfast, so will buy more food, but limited fridge space to store food. Common area is small.

Overall an ok hostel. Very good location, close to the old town and a big supermarket across the road. The bathrooms were really tiny and not very clean. Beds were comfy but the lockers in the rooms were quite small and one person in my room only had a tiny box for a locker. Good kitchen facilities but no room in the fridge. Seemed like a lot of people came in big groups so harder to make friends. Was told my room key would be left in a lockbox on arrival but it wasn’t which was disappointing
