The guesthouse is positioned in a warm, friendly and evermore local area, and offers convenient access to the sightseeing spots in Tokyo and even international airports Haneda and Narita.
Since we're close to airports, even with late flight arrivals(e.g arriving Haneda Airport around 10pm) you can still reach here for check-in.
Only 2 minutes walk from Kita-Shinagawa Station and 12 minutes walk from the central Shinagawa station.
You can visit many traditional temples and shrines or take in the intimate atmosphere of the local shops and traditional Japanese restaurants. Our facility is situated on the first station of the KyuT?kaid? Road which connected Tokyo and Kyoto over 120 years ago.
Various local festivals are held in Kita-Shinagawa throughout the year, and are a lot of fun to attend.
Our guesthouse offers a homely atmosphere in a cozy environment.

Nice friendly staff, rooms quite small and a bit tired. Futon mattresses on matting were authentic but not so comfortable after a couple of nights. Sleepy but friendly neighbourhood with a few nice eateries. Great location for transit to Hanes’s or the Shinkansen.

i am so happy to have stayed a night. thiss is a tiny little cute hostel with very active attentive staff. many of the staff know good english. location is close to a JR station. i arrived late at night to Tokyo and had to take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Osaka the next day. it is only one stop from the main train terminal so location was very good for me. Plus they had nice clean toilets and shower ( shared) , free towels, hot/cold drinking water, coffee. rooms are small as ud expect.
