Steffis Hostel Heidelberg opened in May 2009 and we would be very happy to welcome you in person to our friendly and green oasis in the heart of Heidelberg.
Located just metres from the main station we would like to offer you an affordable and comfortable choice of accommodation.
You can stay in one of our beautifully and individually furnished Doubles or Dorms and enjoy the cosy atmosphere together with other Travellers and Backpackers from all over the world.
We love backpacking and we love nature and therefore do our very best to give you a homey & natural place where you can relax from the wild days on the road.
The team of the Hostel is there for you, we would like to help you with planning your Heidelberg stay and onward journey.

I really enjoyed my stay. I originally had booked a dorm but decided to enquire about a private room, which they fortunately had. The owner was very helpful regarding this and my private room was very nice and had a very good radiator that I could control myself. It was bitterly cold outside but lovely and warm in the room. Due to the time of year (13th- 16th of December) there were not so many people staying thus the atmosphere was less vibrant than I had expected. The staff were wonderful.

Welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable. Stayed only 1 night - had everything I need except vegan breakfast. Would stay again and recommend to others. Good value also.
