Hostel Terms and Conditions
1. General Policy

By booking a stay at our hostel, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all guests, regardless of whether the booking was made directly or through third-party platforms.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are subject to availability, and the hostel reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be charged an additional fee.
A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in.
5. Age Restrictions

Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay in dormitory rooms unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Private rooms may be available for families or groups with minors.
6. Room Allocation

The hostel reserves the right to allocate rooms based on availability and the guest’s booking preferences.
Guests staying in dormitory rooms should expect to share the space with others unless booking a private dorm.
7. Hostel Etiquette

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward other guests and staff. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Illegal substances, weapons, and other prohibited items are not allowed on hostel premises.
8. Property and Belongings

The hostel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Secure lockers are provided, and guests are encouraged to use them.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hostel property and may be charged accordingly.
9. Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hostel. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. Excessive alcohol use leading to disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
10. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hostel unless otherwise specified. Service animals are permitted with prior notification.
11. Liability

The hostel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence by the hostel.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their own travel insurance covers potential losses or injuries.
12. Right to Refuse Service

The hostel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guests fail to comply with the terms and conditions or behave inappropriately.
13. Privacy Policy

Guest information collected during the booking process will be handled in compliance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
14. Amendments

The hostel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be informed of any significant changes before or during their stay.
