Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Identification:

Guests are required to provide a valid passport or photo ID upon check-in.
Foreign guests must present a valid visa and registration with the FRO.
Payment:

Full payment for the stay is due at check-in.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a charge for the first night.
Arrival:

Guests need to hike for 5-10 minutes to reach the mudhouse from Café 1947.
Luggage is charged at 50 INR per trolley bag.
House Rules:

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Please respect other guests by minimizing noise from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Liability and Damage:

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and must report any damages to the management.
Costs for damages will be charged to the guests.
Security:

Guests should follow safety measures, including locking doors and windows when leaving the room.
The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Use of Common Areas:

Common areas are accessible to all guests.
Please keep these areas clean and tidy, and clean up after use.
Additional Services:

Laundry, transportation, and tour services are available for an extra fee. Please contact the management for more information.
Refusal of Service:

The management reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate house rules or behave inappropriately.
Changes to Terms:

The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. Guests will be informed of any changes in advance.
