Needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen sinks do not function downstairs, and sometimes there was a water shortage. Considering the price I paid, no towels were provided at all, even soaps were not available anywhere at the accommodation, which was disgusting. Sometimes toilets were not flushed. Speaking of which, the flushes did not work, so you have to flush your c**p manually the old school way i.e by pouring a bucket of water into the toilet bowl. No place to hang my towels or clothes.

Amazing value for money, very clean and comfortable rooms. A bit quiet but think that’s due to it being a new hostel. Staff where really helpful in helping us plan a trip to an island near to Padang.
