The staff in the food area made out stay they were super friendly and went out of there way to try to cater for my needs. t’s a very unsocial place as it’s mainly university students and they don’t tend to mingle. They have a gym and a pool which is great. It’s a two hour walk from the CBD but is easily accessible on the tram. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbours using the bathroom which is very off putting. The kitchen area and laundry room didn’t match the photos.

The place was really clean and atmospheric, especially the lobby with its bar and outdoor pool. The room was amazing value for money and true to the pictures on the website. Staff were super helpful and nice. Would definitely visit again.

!!DO NOT BOOK THROUGH OTA!! The rooms depicted on this site do not align with the room tiers on their own system. I booked a Deluxe room only to arrive at a much smaller room. Save yourself a massive headache and skip OTA on this one. Oh and the 'included breakfast' is pretty much a snack and a coffee..selections are meager at best.
