Loved this place! Staff were welcoming and helpful, building is warm, showers are hot, everything is clean and breakfast is included. You can rent equipment here for a good price and they help you with booking tour’s

We stayed at Lili twice and had a great stay both times!
The breakfast which is included in the stay is a great added bonus, and there was a nice variety of different options.
The staff are super friendly and helpful - they helped us with any questions on the W Trek, rental of gear we needed and stored our belongings for the time we were away.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend them enough if you are going to Puerto Natales - stay here!
