The property provides a shared kitchen along with 11 other shared common area rooms such as a Film and Music Recording studio, Gym, Game Room, a Theater Room, fully furnished offices, workrooms, and a Party Room. Everything is free to use. We even have things to borrow if you are going to the beach or park.

I am thankful they had a spot available because my Airbnb fell through. I arrived at 12:40 am, so not sure if they would be better prepared if I had arrived earlier. I had to help take off the old sheets from my bed. I had to put my new sheets on by myself and gave up cause they didn’t fit. I slept in the top bunk it was not stable. I didn’t sleep much cause of the noise on the street and someone’s alarm going off every 15 minutes at 4 am. I ended up with a rash on my face two days later.

Very dirty 😜 rooms very dirty blankets pillows
Very dirty bed Floor with lot trash 🗑️ broken window infront of my bed so cold ❄️🥶 at nights lot winds were coming through da broken window. Once there they changed da deal and WANTED TO charge me more money than What I have booked for. People drinking and smoking drugs night and early morning ☀️🌄. I was scared with some drunkers and smokers..

I loved my stay here, the people who live there are fantastic, friendly, and talented artists. The location is perfect and close to the subway and train stops, its 20-30 minutes to just about everything you could want to see in the neighborhood.
All that aside, it's not really set up as a short term hostel environment. The people who live here are typically renting for months at a time so you are literally staying in many people's home.
