Definitely not the place for backpackers. The beds are hard as rocks and the rooms are dark with no sunlight. Shower was good but bathrooms didn’t feel very clean. Not in a very good area either, it is next to the pub street which is way overpriced for backpackers. The pool was nice but there was a lot of families staying there. However the staff were very nice and helpful

AWFUL!! DO NOT STAY HERE! our first room had mould all in the bathroom, stunk like a sewer, tap on sink was broken, our toilet didn’t flush, pillows where like sleeping on dust and duvet covers where bobbled and had multiple cigarette sized burn holes on it. We had to complain 4 times about our room before they agreed to move us to a new room. Our second room was slightly better as it didn’t smell but all the other issues where the same! After complaining, the staff became very rude for the rest of our stay
