Hostel Smolej is a newly renovated property is set in the residential/hostel district of Bled and is in a superb location. It is beside the cliff top castle and only metres away from the lake, St Martins church and the local grocery shop. It is close to the bus station and all the local bars and restaurants. It comprises 3 bedrooms, two kitchens and a luxury shower room.
There are two 3 bed dorms and one four bed dorm with a total capacity for 10 guests. The family run business will offer a true insight into Slovene culture and we know where to locate the most interesting of places depending on your requirements.

Stayed one night at Smolej. Its a nice and small Hostel. Therefor it was super easy to socialise and I met lovely pleople there.
Barbara is a nice and very helpful host. Location is very good, Lake only a few minutes walk away and a small supermarket is directly around the corner. Also Cafés and Restaurants are only a short walk away.
Dorms are basic but totally fine. I
missed a bit space to put my stuff as well a plug up my top bunk bed.
All in all good place to stay in Bled.
