Urban Pop b&b opened in 2018 in the heart of Catania.
Its strategic position allow our guests to easily reach not only all the main tourist attractions of the city, but also the nearby urban and regional bus stops.
The kitchen of the property is open all day long. The large and unique common area, where breakfast is served in the morning, gives our guests the possibility to socialize and share experiences.
We have three spacious dorms (each with its own bathroom) with queen-size beds and personal lockers with keys, as well as two double rooms with private bathroom, a quadruple room with private bathroom and two double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony with a view of the city. All rooms are air-conditioned and we offer free Wi-Fi and free breakfast.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Payment upon arrival by cash.

The place is ok but some more maintenance would be great. No hot water sometimes and, at one of the sinks in the toilets upstairs, the drain is not working properly so it's always filthy. The room I was staying in was not aired so it was very smelly. It's got just roof windows that can not be opened or, maybe, I didn't know how to do it. More than that the place is nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast, simple but ok.

Great hostel location. Very close to the center. The staff is amazing and the hostel is quite but also social. The big breakfast table in the morning is a good start in the day even if you are not a breakfast person. And the Etna Tour with Salvo is definetly alone worth to book that hostel.
