Our closeness to Airport makes us ideally for travelers on transit to/from Zanzibar island, Kilimanjaro or Arusha. Also for travelers arriving late in the night or departing very early in the morning.
We also provide transfers from/to the Airport and Zanzibar Ferry dock

Arranged a hotel pickup a few weeks in advance since I arrived after midnight; no driver showed up. Had to get an airport taxi at inflated rate. Similarly needed to go to ferry next morning, was supposed to have a driver, no show, got an Uber instead.
Lastly, on check-in, they didn't have me pay. Instead, they called me in the middle of the 6 hours I had to sleep so I could pay before the clerk ended her shift.
It was very clean and super close to the airport. Just arrange your own travel!

Basic stop for an airport transit. Airport transfers were efficient and punctual - would be helpful if motel could provide $US change for the transfers. Receptionist could be friendlier.

It works well for transit in Dar! There is a huge traffic jam in Dar! Hence, it is the perfect place for 1 night. The restaurant is good! They arrange transfers from the airport (5 USD) and from the ferry terminal (15USD). If you are going to Zanzibar or Pemba, I reccomend the airport! The way to the ferry terminal is slow and dangerous due to the traffic jams!
