Karma Home Hostel is a hostel with a difference. Super friendly and English and Thai speaking staff. Great for meeting people and learning about Buddhism, cooking and healthy living. Laundry service can be done. Guests can meet and socialize at the shared lounge.
There is a hammock rooftop which gets lovely cool breezes and great for relaxing. A reading/meditation area with books and soft cushions or working on a laptop.
A kitchen for your use and food by donation. Bicycles by donation.Many things based on trust.

Mark is an amazing host, the best hostel environment I’ve experienced yet. And he provides you with so much to do in the city itself and the surrounding areas.

Really had a good time at this place. Mark, the owner is really nice and helpful. He showed us a lot about the city and we had meals a few times together with everyone from the hostel, which was really fun.

Karma Home Hostel was wonderful! Mark and his wife give you plenty of information on nearby day trips / things in the area to do. Most nights Mark goes out for dinner and a drink with his guests. His wife was very helpful and booked a tuktuk to take me to the station.
