Really well located. Helpful and friendly staff. Helped us book travel. Good value. Bunks were spacious and private. Didnt try the breakfast so can't comment. Only problem was the door to the room was left open occasional and doesnt shut automatically.

A good spot between travels coming in and out of nearby locations to Hanoi. 20$ Bed per night while I was there for being in a dorm a bit pricey tho.. more like a travel agency that provides beds than a hostel type atmosphere, but if you arrive on a sleeper bus to Hanoi at 4 a.m they’re there to accommodate you which most hostels don’t, which is nice. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful.
