I didn't live You betrayed me, as the hotel official said that there was no reservation from you. You only took my money Please return the amount to my bank account as soon as possible because of your credibility

Dear Recipient,
Referring to booking confirmation mail (Reference Number: 25497-527635 i have contacted the hotel Golden Sands Apartments as soon i received the email from website. But Hotel receptionist rejected for check in as per booking reservation confirmation email, had to stay out. Hence the amount debited from my card has not served the purpose of using booking reservation. May I know the procedure to follow for receiving the refund and hence amount credit back into my account.

Extremely worst experience with the website. As golden sand hotel not received my booking confirmation from the website, I had not allow to enter hotel, my family had been waiting outside hotel . We tried to contact the website. No direct phone contact available for the website, many emails sent to the website. But no timely replied. At last after many hours of waiting we had to book new hotel while standing on road. It had spoiled precious family time of holidays. Even to courtesy call by Hoste
