We offer You Studio Apartments and Rooms in the midle of the Old Town directly on the historical main steet.Our property offer You accommodation for 1,2,3,4 or 5 person with private or shared bathroom. All this is located in a private houses in OLD TOWN, some of Rooms are located on third and fourth floor so that You have a nice Dubrovnik panorama view.
You just need to exit the house to find you in the crowd of Stradun Placa (historic main street of Old Town). Experience fascinating monuments, museums and other sightseeing possibilities within and outside the walls.
Everything you might need is is in the vicinity of Hostel & Rooms Ana Dubrovnik. Bars, restaurants, post office, bank and a beautiful pebble at Banje beach are close by.
Studio Apartment accommodate 2 persons and is equiped with mini kitchen, Air Condition, TV, private bathroom ....

Hostel is in a GREAT location, easy to walk everywhere & right in the centre of the old town. The host Peky is lovely and super helpful with everything & great to sit and chat with.
Downside is the rooms don't have alot of space for your bags, luckily I am here in low season so not many people but can imagine in summer it's crowded. The showers in the room don't lock and nowhere to change and you have to hold the shower head. The main bathroom is fine though. I met really Lovely people & enjoyed

Really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and it’s a very social hostel. Petr is a great help and gave me plenty of recommendations and advice during my stay. Would come back without hesitation!

Hostel and Rooms Ana is in a great location and has nice facilities. The rooms are up a bit of stairs so be aware that you’ll have to go up and down quite a bit, but nothing to worry about too much. Peky was amazing and helped us check in, and had so many great tips for the area and made the stay so amazing overall!
