We are located on the southern part of the city above the marina Veruda which stretches east side of the peninsula (Punta) Verudela. The nearest beaches are on the western side of the peninsula Verudela about 15/20 minute walk. Also you can use the public bus every 20 minutes. for go to the beach or the city center (3 km).

2 person rooms were very little and hot (July) but we were satisfied enough since we didnt spend much time at the apartments. Just a place to stay and sleep during the nights. I guess it was cheaper than most of the other hostels but felt still a bit pricey. Kitchen is ok if you're planning to make your own food. Location is not ideal but it was easy to go to beaches or city by bus. Few ok restaurants and markets are also quite close to the apartments. Prices included taxes which was good. 3/5

The apartment is situated quite far from the beach, you need either to have extra money for the bus or to walk about 25 minutes up and down the hilly area of Pula.
The owner wasn't hospital, unfortunately (and without any reason). Our room was on the 2nd floor and the stairs there were VERY narrow and high and really dangerous.
Wouldn't recomment this apartment especially when you intend to stay there with children.
