Every person who worked at the reception desk went above and beyond in resolving an issue I encountered. They also gave incredible recommendations for places to stop on our way to/along the great ocean road.

Overall a nice hostel to start your Adelaide trip from. The noise insulation of the rooms could be better. Moreover, the number and location of power outlets in our room was insufficient

The kitchen / common space is amazing - and makes it a more social YHA. A lot of people are living there long term and working but they’re all lovely and chatty.
