Han Tang Inn Hostel is located within easy walking distance of the metro, the Muslim Quarter, Shaanxi History Museum and much more in central Xi’an. This clean and friendly hostel features hot showers and western toilets as well as a range of games and movies. They also host free activities every night so it’s easy to meet other travellers. We like that they offer a free pickup from the train station, saving stress for new arrivals.

The predecessor of Hantanginn is an international youth hostel with a history of nearly 20 years and international awards. It has received more than 400,000 backpackers from all over the world and held nearly 7,000 cultural activities which has become a window for the world to understand the Orient, Chinese culture and life in Xi 'an. The new Hantanginn, after space construction and upgrading, precipitated the essence of Oriental aesthetics, formed and unified in reality, nature and simplicity, and became guest houses with flowing humanistic emotions. To come to Hantanginn is to choose its unique "elite social travel" lifestyle. Walk into this four-story building built with log elements, there are courtyard landscape room and other different room types for choice; And there are public hall, landscape party courtyard, roof garden, rest tea room and other public Spaces, both private and elegant characteristics. I enjoyed my stay. The staff were really helpful and gave lots of information.
Lucy was extremely helpful and full of great suggestions of things to do and where to eat.
The location of the hostal is very convenient, near several main attractions, such as the bell tower.
We definitely recommend staying at Han Tang Inn Hostal.

This is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed at!! The private room I had was truly equal to, or better than, a luxury hotel. Everything was beautifully designed, clean, and cozy; they even changed the linens and towels every day. Rachel, Zora, and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and I felt so welcomed. I would come back to Xi'an just to stay here! Don't miss it!

I can't praise this place enough. My private room was immaculate, with all kinds of amenities one might only expect at a fine hotel, like big, plush towels, bidet options (thanks, but no thanks!), and free washer and dryer.
Staff were so helpful and warm. Location was perfect, right at city center near the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. Thanks, Lucy and Zora!

Han Tang Inn Hostel says
I think what puts us ahead of the rest is that we've been located in this area of the absolute city centre for 20 years. The nearest attractions are the Bell and Drum Tower, the Muslim Quarter, the city walls and the Stone Tablets Museum, but I definitely recommend that all of our guests visit the Terracotta Warriors and the Tom of Jingdi.
We have a lot of free stuff around here like free sauna, free mini-golf, free ping pong, free billiards, free movies, free trivia night and free live music nights.
We welcome everybody and we do our best to accommodate those with disabilities and special needs.
