Welcome to the Camping Jungfrau Alpine Lodge in Lauterbrunnen, located at the foot of the famous Staubbach Waterfall. We are the perfect base for a visit of the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe and the Schilthorn Piz Gloria 007, the mountain giants of the Swiss Alps. The Trümmelbach Glacierwaterfalls are nearby too. Stay with us and experience the real Nature of Switzerland. We will provide a free hiking and biking map.
Our Services and Facilities:
Traditional Swissrestaurant „Weidstübli“ - Swiss Cheese Fondue, Raclette, Rösti, Salads and a lot more. Snacks are available too. Common Kitchen, Sitting Room with Satellite TV and Fireplace, well stocked Supermarket. Camping Jungfrau is an official Victorinox Swissarmy Knife Partner and we will offer you a 10% guestdiscount and free engraving in addition. Information Desk and Excursion Bookings on site. All guests are using the facilities of Camping Jungfrau. This includes also the Supermarket, the Restaurant, Laundrymachines and all other Sanitaryfacilities.
The Railway- and Cablecarstation is only 15 minutes away by walking. This is were the trip to the Top of Europe - Jungfraujoch and the Schilthorn - Piz Gloria begins. The Trümmelbach Glacier Waterfalls and Interlaken are not far away.
During the Winterseason we are surrounded by 200 km of Ski, Snowboard and Tobogganing Runs. We have local Partners for all Adventure Sports, such as Pargliding and Skydiving. Free Skishuttle along th Skiseason.
Beds are equipped with woollen blankets, sheets and pillows. Towels on request. So please bring your own sleeping bag! Free Wifi in all rooms and cabins. We will do our best to make your stay a most comfortable and unforgettable one. See you soon.

Just ok for a hostel but at the price they charge, one would think that they shouldn't have to charge $2 to use their kitchen hotplate for 20 minutes!! This is the only hostel in our worldwide travels that has ever levied such a fee...ridiculous that the microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, lights, etc. are also electric but don't cost extra! Nice restaurant (standard pricey Swiss rates) plus a waterfall right across from our room! Super friendly staff even allowed us to check-in 3 hours early...

Great place. I stayed in the hostel and had a beautiful window view to Staubbach waterfall. The room, the bathroom and the shower were clean. The kitchen was good equipped and there was a nice lounge to chill as well. The location was perfect and the staff helped out. The restaurant had nice menu and there was an asian food truck on specific days. It was comfortable to have these food opportunities in the camping area, as well as shop for groceries. Would go back again.

We had a great stay at the hostle in camping Jungfrau. The location is fantastic, the hikes are great, staff were helpful, friendly, and offered good recommendations for what to do. Would recommend.
