Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

You can pay money on account wich we will send you on your e-mail adress when you make reservation.
If you decide not to come please cancel web reservation on site so the other group of people can reservate accomodation.Thank you.

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Villa Anka is situated in a beatiful and very popular part of Split, called Visoka, on the way out of the center, 3 km towards east from old town in center (from harbor on the left side, towards right side on the towns map) . It is surounded by lush vegetation vith lots of flowers and a grassed access dominated by a pond and a fountain.

A spacious terrace in the left corner of the courtyard shadowed by green vine leaves and grapes all the summer around and funished with beautiful garden sets provide its guests every comfort and refeshement in hot summer days. The guests can take fresh domestically tomato, cucumber, fig, carrot, salad, grape, etc free. Tranquility of the place is completely undisturbed because the roads are far away.

The house has three floor. Each floor has a kiktchen, bathroom and toilet (tub and shower), two twin bedrooms to the north, 3 bed room type east/south and spacious 4 bed room type to the south/west with a balcony exposed to the sun. The house has a capacity of 30 beds. Villa ANKA is distant only 2 km from center of city. The very good beach is at 1,5 km distant from villa. Ver as Regras da Casa

    Fomos bem recebidos, o dono deu-nos informações úteis, a mãe é uma senhora muito simpática. A fechadura do quarto estava estragada, mal conseguimos abrir a porta por dentro (o dono disse que trocava e nada), a nossa comida foi atacada por formigas, e nós também, assim como por pulgas. Fica longe do centro e as praias mais perto são super turísticas. A cozinha no quarto foi útil e as camas eram boas. O dono obrigou-nos a pedir desculpa aos hóspedes seguintes por sairmos às 11a.m (s/aviso dele).

    First of all, Pictures have nothing to do with the Reality. 7m2 in the Basment for two persons? Less as in a prison. 50 kuna one load whasching? Matraz from the Victorian Time, Bathtup a nightmare, furniture all broken, and fu....ing dirty. Sorry, no place to stay. Rip off!!!!!
