Staff was very friendly and helpful Beds were clean Showers were good Its always a fun upbeat happy atmosphere here We love it!

This hostel was really small and cute but had everything I needed. The staff was really helpful and made my stay in Montpellier memorable. They were super friendly and helpful. We became like family by the end.

Awesome place to stay at! Really liked it although it is far from everything he prepared for that! It's far from everything but really zen. Staff weren't the best but tried to speak English. They didn't understand much.

Dear, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you liked your stay at Chillout but we are sorry for the unpleasant experience with the heat wave, so we do owe you an explanation. We fixed the entire cooling system a week ago, and the heat wave which is really uncommon to last this long had the system overheating and unable to work at its highest capacity. Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience that was caused by the heat and sincerely hope that it won't happen again. Have a great day :)
