Even though we booked the dorm-style room, we were upgraded for free to a three-person room for ourselves! The shower is kind of small and isn't the strongest, but it'll get the job done. The beds were clean and they would come in pretty much daily to make the beds and empty the trash. I also really liked how close it is to Termini so we didn't have to navigate all around the city to get to it!

It was easy to find though somewhat nerve-wracking to go through a weird alley to find it. The staff were helpful but there didn't seem to be any way to store huge luggage and the rooms had small lockers that were always fully taken despite the fact that they matched the number of people in the room. The wifi in my room was non-existent despite the fact that there was a wireless router right outside but the bathroom facilities were clean and roomy. It's a nice place to crash for a night or two.

It's at a great location right near two Underground stations and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The only thing is their directions are a bit outdated and I would recommend taking a cab there if you're lugging a huge suitcase rather than having to drag it up and down the stairs in the tube. While the facilities may look a bit dirty they clean them multiple times throughout the day and the staff are quick to act when other guests are rowdy.
