Definitely one of the best hostels I've stayed in. We had 7 girls in an 8 bed dorm and the staff were lovely enough in organising it so that we had the room to ourselves without having to ask. The staff were conscientious, everything was clean and tidy and the whole stay was super easy. The hostel is located in an old factory that is pretty artsy and cool and is walking distance to the Bahnoff and the 15/16 trams go directly to the old town. Great value for money for Switzerland!

Excellent hostel! We stayed in a three bed private room in a separate building across from the hostel's reception. The room was perfect for our needs. Super soft beds and a massive bathroom (with proper shower and hot water - a lot more than some of the other hostels that we've stayed in). The reception area and bar upstairs are very lively and the friendly staff are always eager to help with anything you need. The location (right next to Hagia Sofia) is also amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Let's face it, if you're heading to Ios you're going there to party and Francesco's is the perfect place to do it. The hostel is run incredibly efficiently from the easy transfers to and from the port, super clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. There is an awesome pool area that overlooks the bay and the hostel is stumbling distance from all of the pubs and clubs. Francescos is very social yet if you do need a quiet night, it's not too noisy after a certain time. The best place to stay!

Great hostel! Easy to find and in an awesome location, just a couple of minutes walk from the Royal Mile. The staff offer a HUGE choice of activities whether it be a pub crawl or a movie night. All bathrooms, dorm rooms and shared areas were perfectly clean.
