If you come by first class bus, opposite the bus station (ADO) take 'Av. Juarez' bus, and get off on Rayón and Melchor Ocampo St. the hostel is right there.

If you come by second class bus, from the bus station walk towards Las Casas Street, when getting Melchor Ocampo Street turn right and the hostel is on the right.
